The are custom made removable silver bows at each shoulder. The tutu is multi layers of soft tulle and is super full & fluffy. Is is accented with blue ribbon and silver glitter ribbon at the hem. A double silver removable bow is at the waist and is also included with your purchase.
For this special we are also including a FREE MATCHING HEADBAND. The blue satin rosette is accented with a clear crystal embellishment in the center and attached to a red glitter stretch headband.
