What is your shipping policy and shipping times? TOP
Shipping times are subject to change depending on the season and how busy we are. We will do our absolute best to get your items to you asap. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation. International orders are only shipped Priority and Express mail. In most cases custom and personalized items are shipped within 7-10 business days or sooner. We only ship Monday through Friday. No shipping is done on Saturday or Sunday. If you place your order on a Friday, your order will not be printed /processed until Monday. Holiday turn around may be up to 10 business days or a little longer.
In Stock items are shipped within 2 business days.
First class, Priority & Express Mail are available.
All shipping time applies AFTER processing time.

US First class mail is 2-5 business days once shipped.
US Priority mail is 2-4 business days once shipped.

All custom made, feather dresses, boutique clothing and personalized items are FINAL sale unless an error is made by The Couture Baby LLC. Every attempt will be made to assure a perfect fit. All headbands are FINAL sale and are exchangeable for size ONLY. Any other items are returnable if they are unworn and/or unopened. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping fees are NON REFUNDABLE! ALL CLEARANCE & HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If an item is sent back for an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping charges back to us and then back to you. If items are returned (more than 50% of the original order) that were shipped to you FREE-$5.95 will be deducted for ship charges. We MUST be notified within 4 days of receiving your package, and must receive the items back within 10 days or else the sale is FINAL. What does RUSH mean at checkout? TOP
If you need your order sooner than our current ship time and cannot wait, you can select the rush option at checkout. Rush means your order gets moved up to the front of the line. Rush does not mean that it will be shipped overnight. Shipping time depends on the type of shipping you select at checkout, so please choose the appropriate shipping method. If you place an order on weekends or during hours we are closed, your order will be processed when we return.

We ship world wide! Shipping price depends on the weight of package which is calculated at checkout. Shipping time varies as it depends on the customs in your country. THE COUTURE BABY IS NOT RESPONIBLE FOR CUSTOM CLEARANCE DELAYS AS THAT IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. We will NOT mark your package as a gift as that is illegal.
